Interview: Impact of Parents and Expectations on Our Children’s Development
Parents naturally want the best for our children. Yet time and again we may find ourselves saying or doing something that might hurt our children.
On the other hand, we might even be unaware of the hurt we might have caused our children through things that we did or things that we failed to do.
Much of this is likely due to the emotional “baggages” we may carry from our childhood from the hurts we sustained from our own parents.
How can we identify these? What can we do to overcome these so that we can avoid passing these to to our children?
Mr Bryan Shen shares with us the answers to these questions and more in this interview, the second of a series with him.
