This talk will first explore the landscape of cyberspace, its positive uses as well as its potentially harmful effects on our children. It will then discuss why parents need to be actively involved in this space with their children as we guide them through the intricacies and pitfalls of cyberspace. The speaker will then propose how parents can fulfill this role actively and effectively at home, as well as the role of faith in this journey.

Dr John Hui

Dr John Hui is first of all a husband, father, and now happily a grandfather. He is presently a family physician in private practice. He obtained a Graduate Diploma in Bioethics from the Pontifical John Paul II Institute for Marriage and Family in Melbourne, Australia in 2011. John was the Master of the Catholic Medical Guild from 1998 to 2006, and also served as the chairman of the Archdiocesan Commission for the Family from 2014 to 2017.
